PENGELOLAAN SAPTA PESONA PADA WISATA TAMAN LAUT PULAU POMBO KABUPATEN MALUKU TENGAH

The purpose of this study is to describe management related planning, organizing, and supervising Sapta Pesona in the Marine Natural Tourism Park Pombo Island, Central Maluku District which includes: security, order, beauty, cleanliness, coolness, friendliness, memory. This research uses a descriptive approach with qualitative data. Data collection techniques were carried out by survey, interview, observation methods. sample selection was using purposive sampling method involving 3 employees Resources Conservation Agency, speedboat owners, 4 people who are members community around namely 2 from Waai Village Tulehu Village. These two villages that have access Island. Research data analyzed reduction, presentation, conclusion. results indicate that: 1). Security not good because there no security officers either on coast or Island area; 2). Orderliness enough pier as place drop off tourists berth for used transportation; 3). lack facilities infrastructure support beauty cleanliness tourist area makes object less beautiful; 4). attraction clean lot scattered garbage, existing cleaning facilities, such absence manager garbage disposal; 5). tourism quite cool, but coolness resting gazebo; 6). point heading friendly tourists, especially providing information tourists; dan 7). Currently provision regional souvenirs regarding activities particular event at attraction, beach parties routinely held every year.
